All purchases are considered final. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

All prices on buon.in are inclusive of GST (Goods and Service Tax), which will be detailed on your invoice. Our GST no. is 18AMKPA2461P1ZR. For business purchases, please send us an email. We mail GST invoices. We currently do not ship to other countries.

In the unlikely event that you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, let us know within 3 working days from delivery. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the physical product. Slight irregularities are natural in the handloom and vegetable dyeing process. Defects in seconds pieces will be communicated prior to purchase. No return can be accommodated on discounted items.

We never share or sell your personal information to any third party. Your details are only used to contact you about your order. You can opt to receive our newsletter emails by sending us an email to buon.india@gmail.com or via instagram. All transactions are processed by Razorpay.
